Lattec is a subsidiary of DeLaval, that develops and delivers innovative solutions for proactive management of dairy farms.
Our technology helps farmers optimize production and improve animal welfare by providing real-time insights into the health and reproductive status of individual cows.
The Lattec team is a result of our holistic thinking, the service relationship with our owner DeLaval, and our commitment to delivering game-changing solutions.
The ownership
We are owned by a Swedish company called DeLaval.
DeLaval is the world leading company in milking equipment and employs more than 4,5 thousand people.
As part of the Tetra Laval Group, we benefit from the strength of a global organization employing over 35 thousand people.
Lattec’s role is to develop products and instruments fitting into DeLaval milking systems.
Our history
Founded in 2001 when two giants of the dairy industry, Foss and DeLaval, joined forces and created Lattec, a company born from a dream to bring the power of milk analysis directly to the farm.
Since then, Lattec has been at the forefront of innovation, empowering farmers with valuable insights into their cows’ health and productivity. Today, as a fully owned subsidiary of DeLaval, we continue to build on our legacy, driving the future of dairy farming and ensuring a brighter future for both farmers and cows.
